March Movie Night
The fun continues....

March 21st, 7:00pm

The movie starts out with Arthur, King of the Britons, looking for knights to sit with him at Camelot.
He finds many knights including Sir Galahad the pure, Sir Lancelot the brave, the quiet Sir Bedevere,
and Sir Robin the Not-Quite-So-Brave-as-Sir Lancelot. They do not travel on horses, but pretend
they do and have their servants bang coconuts to make the sound of horse's hooves. And there they go .....

Tartan Day Scottish Faire

Ardenwood Historic Farm

April 5th, 10:00am - 5:00pm

The first highland games of the 2014 season are almost upon us locally at Ardenwood Historic Farm in Fremont.
This year is the 17th annual Tartan Day Scottish Fair presented by The East Bay Scottish Association.
In recognition of Americans of Scottish descent who have played a vibrant and influential role in the development
of the United States, National Tartan Day (April 6th 2014), come and have a Scottish day of events and history on April 5th.

Since the SBSS will have our booth there, please come by and say hi! It would help the SBSS and be fun if you
have time (1-2 hours) to be one of the people volunteering in our booth (no experience required), contact:
Chief Nathan Irvine, chief@southbayscots.org
